V. Selvaganesh, an excellent percussionist, is mostly known as a player of kanjeera, a traditional percussion instrument of South India. He cooperates with many carnatic musicians, with jazz musicians in the West, the group SHAKTI and the South Indian group “Sapthaakshara”.
